Optimization of Biofertilizer Formulation for Phosphorus Solubilizing by Pseudomonas fluorescens Ur21 via Response Surface Methodology

This study aimed to analyze and quantify the effect of different ratios vermicompost, phosphate rock, sulfur on P solubilization release by Pseudomonas fluorescens Ur21, identify optimal levels those variables for an efficient biofertilizer. Twenty experiments were defined surface response methodology based a central composite design (CCD), effects various quantities (encoded −1, 0, or +1) was explored. The results show that CCD model had high efficiency predicting (R2 = 0.9035). strongest included observed linear organic matter (vermicompost), quadratic interactive × rock. Statistical analysis coefficients in revealed vermicompost rock treatments increased solubilization. predicted composition maximal P. Ur21 (at 1684.39 mg·kg−1, with more than 90% added dissolved) 58.8% 35.3% 5.8% sulfur. ANOVA confirmed model’s accuracy validity terms F value (10.41), p (<0.001), non-significant lack fit.
